• Ask God to show you your heart.
Before the workplace can undergo transformation, your life must first undergo one. There is a great work to be done among men, but there is a greater work to be done within you. Ask God to constantly keep you in a place where you can hear His voice.

• Share only what God is teaching you.
There are things that have challenged you in life that have made you more like Christ. Are you bitter or beautiful? Ask God to show you how He sees your lifestyles, decisions and relationships and be transparent with your group.

Realize that all things work together for good for those who are called according to His purpose.

• Be teachable and under spiritual covering. Talk to your Pastor and mentor before starting your group.
All leaders must be led. Every workplace ministry must be submitted to the local church. When you function as leaders without being led, you invite disaster. Stay planted. A plane would be in peril without air traffic control.

1 Cor 12:[4] Now there are distinctive varieties and distributions of endowments (gifts, *extraordinary powers distinguishing certain Christians, due to the power of divine grace operating in their souls by the Holy Spirit) and they vary, but the [Holy] Spirit remains the same.

Regardless of what distinctive gift God has endowed you with, the Holy Spirit will never separate you from the body of Christ. Your distinction cannot isolate you. You were created to be a gift, valuable to others not just to God.

Go to your Pastor and tell them, "I belong to the (affinity or type) Chapter of Champions Unleashed, a Kingdom leadership development and mentoring network and would like to start a workplace devotional group. But I’d like your blessing first."

• Test everything that is taught.
Use the Bible search tool or your Bible to test everything you read or hear against the final authority; the Word of God. Just because an author or speaker quotes the Bible doesn’t mean the point is biblical and wisely discerned.

• Read the Word of God daily and EXPECT a truth encounter.
Jesus said when you encounter truth, it will set you free. Don’t study the Word of God for head knowledge. information will not change you; revelation will. As you read, expect and ask God to speak to you to apply biblical principles that change YOUR life.

• Share your encounter in your Champions@Work Weekly Devotionals.
Jesus told Peter, “Listen! Satan has asked excessively that [all of] you be given up to him [out of the power and keeping of God], that he might sift [all of] you like grain, But I have prayed especially for you [Peter], that your [own] faith may not fail; and when you yourself have turned again, strengthen and establish your brethren.” (Luke 22:31-32)

God calls you to what you have been delivered from. When God brings you out of something examine how He brought you out. Share the scriptures that you hung onto to see if it witnesses to others.
